The Mann Landers Column: A Mann Landers SHOW?! →
Turns out some media/studio folks have begun to take notice of this little column. There is talk of developing The Mann Landers Column into a series where your heartfelt letters/emails and my lighthearted advice might turn into an actual scripted show of some sort! What do you ladies &…

Viva Las Vegas!
Franky Four Fingers. I am going to play a little bit of Black Jack, maybe some Roulette and definitely will be watching some of the high stakes poker. I’m really pumped to be going to Las Vegas! I’ll be back in a week - Don’t wait up.

Phaneuf is now a Leaf
I’m a huge fan of the Flames so it is sad to see Phaneuf go… but I live in Toronto, so if he had to go somewhere I guess Toronto isn’t the worst place he could end up. Phaneuf is one of my favorite players… along with Iggy, Sid the Kid and Kipper. I think Burke did well with this trade. He gave up a lot of offensive talent, but the Leafs could not have been playing any...

Double Dragon is back in action!
I remember playing Double Dragon on original Nintendo for hours on end as a kid. Thanks to Jules I can now relive my youth. http://www.nesforever.com/games/51/double-dragon.html

Vetty seems to think that he is in this video game somewhere…. I know it’s not the ski jumper - Not enough talent for that. So, if anyone else can guess where he is let me know. I feel like this is a Where’s Waldo book - Winter Olympics version.

Raptors inconsistency
The Raptors defensive efforts  have been shady at best as of late. They pulled off a 3 game win streak and then got blown out by the Bucks!!!! The bucks… seriously?? Frig! You guys drive me insane! Just as I think the Raps are turning the corner and have finally grasped the concept of sound defence they go and do something like this! All I ask is for some consistency. Ok…whatever you...

The Big Day Approaches!
So the count down begins. There are 17 days left until the Big Day. I thought this picture was quit fitting for the occassion! I’m actually not nervous or scared or whatever most people think men go through leading up to their Wedding. I am very relaxed for the most part. Just want to make sure everything goes according to plan. Shhhhhh. This picture is our little secret. I...

Beaver and Bulldog
I had the best wings I think I have ever tasted in my life last night at the “Beaver and Bulldog Sports Pub & Wingery” in Mississauga. I devoured 2 pounds of wings: 1 pound of Medium and 1 pound of Creole Dijon They have over 30 different kinds of wings! Tuesday 1/2 price wings after 4:00pm. Thursday Wing’n Pitcher Deal. I definitely will be making the hike...

The Strike Is Officially Over
Over the past 6 weeks I have been working as a Customer Service worker at a Temporary Dump site in Toronto. It was not as bad as I am sure most people think. I worked with a good bunch of guys. It was stinky, rainy, hot and physically demanding at times… but overall we made a good time out of it. The area where I was working is now officially cleaned up and will be completely restored to...
