Phaneuf is now a Leaf
I’m a huge fan of the Flames so it is sad to see Phaneuf go… but I live in Toronto, so if he had to go somewhere I guess Toronto isn’t the worst place he could end up. Phaneuf is one of my favorite players… along with Iggy, Sid the Kid and Kipper.
I think Burke did well with this trade. He gave up a lot of offensive talent, but the Leafs could not have been playing any...

One Week... until Marital Bliss
One week from today Emily and I will be a happily married couple!

Beaver and Bulldog
I had the best wings I think I have ever tasted in my life last night at the “Beaver and Bulldog Sports Pub & Wingery” in Mississauga.
I devoured 2 pounds of wings: 1 pound of Medium and 1 pound of Creole Dijon
They have over 30 different kinds of wings!
Tuesday 1/2 price wings after 4:00pm. Thursday Wing’n Pitcher Deal.

The Strike Is Officially Over
Over the past 6 weeks I have been working as a Customer Service worker at a Temporary Dump site in Toronto. It was not as bad as I am sure most people think. I worked with a good bunch of guys. It was stinky, rainy, hot and physically demanding at times… but overall we made a good time out of it. The area where I was working is now officially cleaned up and will be completely restored to...
